Anna Huit for North Bend School Board

I am Anna Huit and I am running for North Bend School Board. 

I’m a proud mom of four wonderful boys—a 2024 North Bend High School graduate, one in the Adult Transition Program, one currently at NBHS, and my youngest at North Bend Middle School. We feel incredibly fortunate to be part of the North Bend family.

But being deeply involved in the district also means we've seen firsthand the challenges our students face. That’s why I believe it’s so important to have board members with children currently in the schools—parents who can bring a real, lived perspective to the table and ensure families have a voice in the decisions that affect them.

If given the chance, I can be that voice.

I bring over 14 years of nonprofit experience, currently serve on two boards, and am honored to advocate for children as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). These experiences have equipped me with both the passion and the skills to fight for all students in the North Bend School District.

I am not a politician. Instead I show up, do the work, and keep an independent and open mind. If elected, I will continue to be a strong voice for my four boys—and for all children, families, and staff across our district.
